Once again the time of year for back to school , we will be at Ichabod Crane  September 5th for their welcome back picnic again this year with information on our programs , also perform small demonstration of what we do , including Board Breaking , Hope to see you there !

Welcome back picnic tonight at ICC, will be doing some forms, sparrring and some breaking.

Womens Self-defense

we are trying to set up a Self - defense class for women , conducted by Sensei Borter of Modern self defense academy, ABC Womens Self-Defense , December 14th  is the target date , will keep you posted.

April 21st is Black belt testing , have 8 students moving up .
